GENERAL
-By purchasing my service, you automatically agree to all the following terms of service.
-Terms and conditions are subject to change in the future. Work performed prior to any change will not be affected by the new terms.
-the price is subject to change in the future. jobs accepted before the changes will be respected at the previous price.
-Commissions are all digital only.
-NFT and AI usage is strictly prohibited.
-I reserve the right to refuse any project or client for any reason.
- If you wish the commission to be private, you must notify me before I start sketching the commission.
process and delivery time
-the delivery of the sketch can take from 1 to 3 days (only applies for the base work, the time can increase depending on the extra complements).
- You will be sent a basic sketch in which you will have the opportunity to correct and make changes in order to continue with your order. Once the sketch is accepted you will not be able to make major changes only very superficial things.
-in 1 to 2 days you will have an update of the work process.
-the work will be finished within 1 to 2 weeks (only applies for the base work, the time may increase depending on the extra complements).
CLIENT
-You may display commissioned artwork on other websites, videos or streams as long as your authorship is clearly visible.
-You may use the artwork for personal use, including, but not limited to, wallpapers, profiles pictures and banners (Commercial use must be negotiated individually. I charge for commercial use +100% of the total cost.).
-You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, the sale and distribution of print as merchandise on T-shirts, posters or mugs (unless otherwise noted).
-You are not allowed to change, modify or edit the commissioned artwork without my permission.
-You are not allowed to trace over the commissioned artwork in any way.
COPYRIGHT
-I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to reproduce, redistribute or repost as part of my portfolio for usages of self-promotion.
-I reserve the right to publish the finished work as part of my portfolio, post it on pixiv or twitter.
- All commissions paid with commercial use are entirely the buyer's
PAYMENTS
-To start the work we require at least 50% of the price of the work in advance. When the work is finished, I will ask you for the other half of the payment in order to deliver the work.
- Due to complications with PayPal, payment will currently be made through Ko-fi or directly via Stripe.
- After the payment and your order are confirmed, you can't ask for refunds.
-I will provide a full refund, if I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances on my end.
